Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OneDial application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneDial.

2. Description of Service

OneDial is a time tracking application that allows users to create routines, manage tasks with a circular timer interface, and organize their daily activities. The App is available on iOS and is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

OneDial offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

3.1 Subscription Plans

OneDial may offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans. The specific subscription options, pricing, and features included in each plan are displayed on the subscription page within the App and on the Apple App Store at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

3.2 Billing and Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the same price and duration unless you cancel it. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the standard subscription rate at the time of renewal.

3.4 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select OneDial, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Alternatively, you can manage your subscription through the App Store app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3.5 Free Trials

OneDial may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, the specific duration will be disclosed before you are asked to confirm the subscription. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

3.6 Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time. If the price of a subscription increases, you will be notified in advance and, where required, will need to consent to the new price before the next renewal. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription.

3.7 Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws in your region.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of OneDial, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of time tracking and productivity
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Not share, transfer, or resell your subscription to any other person
• Keep your device and the App updated to the latest available version for optimal performance and security

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by OneDial and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your task data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail with respect to the use of the App Store and Apple's services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneDial and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any subscription services.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it (including subscription features) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App. If we discontinue a subscription service you have paid for, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms. For material changes that affect your subscription, we will provide notice through the App or via email where possible. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
