Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OneDial application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneDial.

2. Description of Service

OneDial is a time tracking application that allows users to create routines, manage tasks with a circular timer interface, and organize their daily activities. The App is available on iOS and Android, and is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

OneDial offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are sold and processed by the app store you downloaded the App from — the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android (each, “the Store”). A subscription purchased through one Store applies to that Store’s platform and does not automatically transfer to the other. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

3.1 Subscription Plans

OneDial may offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans. The specific subscription options, pricing, and features included in each plan are displayed on the subscription page within the App and on the Store listing at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and Store, and are subject to change.

3.2 Billing and Payment

Payment is charged at the confirmation of purchase to the account you use with the Store — your Apple ID on iOS, or the payment method on your Google account on Android. All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the same price and duration unless you cancel it. The account you used to purchase will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the standard subscription rate at the time of renewal.

3.4 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, through the Store you purchased it from. Deleting the App from your device does not, on its own, cancel a subscription.

iOS: open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select OneDial, and tap “Cancel Subscription.” You can also manage it from the App Store app.
Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select OneDial, and tap “Cancel subscription.”

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to premium features until that date. Except where required by applicable law, no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3.5 Free Trials

OneDial may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, the specific duration will be disclosed before you are asked to confirm the subscription. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the account you used to start the trial will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

3.6 Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time. If the price of a subscription increases, you will be notified in advance by the Store and, where required, will need to consent to the new price before the next renewal. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription.

3.7 Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed by the Store, not by us, so refund requests must be submitted to the Store that took the payment. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple or Google under their own refund policies and the consumer protection laws applicable in your region.

Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support.
Google: request a refund through your Google Play subscriptions or via Google Play support.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of OneDial, you agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose of time tracking and productivity
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
Not share, transfer, or resell your subscription to any other person
Keep your device and the App updated to the latest available version for optimal performance and security

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by OneDial and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your task data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use of it is also subject to the terms of whichever Store you obtained it from.

iOS: Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA prevails with respect to the App Store and Apple’s services.
Android: the Google Play Terms of Service apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those terms, the Google Play Terms of Service prevail with respect to Google Play and Google’s services.

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the App or its content. Neither is responsible for providing support for the App, except as required by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneDial and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any subscription services.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it (including subscription features) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App. If we discontinue a subscription service you have paid for, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms. For material changes that affect your subscription, we will provide notice through the App or via email where possible. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
